If ya can't cry, you might as well laugh...

Of pain I have no lack, At the base of my spine, From there it makes me whine, Ooooh, my achin’ back… Still though I gotta tonight work, This pain will in the back lurk, Pills I take so I don’t my duties shirk, Will have to take my time, not going berserk… Thank you in advance for well wishes, Hell I can’t even stand long enough to do the dishes, Hopefully tomorrow I will feel better, Perhaps it’s the cold, on my back I should wear a sweater…J © ed J 1/20/07

Rufuz needs to lie on your back!!! The pressure and heat...perfection! Who needs a heating pad? Not someone with a dog named Rufuz!
