Not the kind for the car, Not the kind to fly to a star, Not the kind that exit’s the rear, Wish I didn’t drink that one half beer… My chest aches, in pain I am, I know its only gas from self exam, Could it be as well that slice of ham, Better that than a slice of lamb… It is dissipating, For a tightness free eve I am anticipating, Thank you for reading of my problem, You and Rufuz both with me are participating…J © ed J 2/11/07

Wow wow wow!!! I thought Maalox was long off the shelves. I swilled back this chalk way back in 1978 when my gutty wutty was playing up. My, my, my, it's still driving the buses, eh?

By the way, Ed, chest pains should always be checked. I have a zipper down the front of my chest.

If you got pain in your shoulder blades, tingling in your left hand and arm, neck pain, CALL 911, otherwise knock it off with the heavy turkey sandwiches :)

My hubby has the same problems...and his father...and his...and 9 times out of 10 it is gas, but one of those times it might not be...so, better safe than sorry! Besides, all that relief medication can reak havoc to your liver! especially if taken regularly!
Water is the best medicine! Believe it, or not!

The concensus is have it checked. So many problems can feel like gas pain, so don't take chances.

I was glad to hear that it was not the exit from the rear kind, Ed!..LOL, but if you haven't been checked, you would be wise to do so. Most people who have heart attacks think that it was just indegestion. Rufuz needs his daddy!!
