Why do some humans dislike some dogs...?

Do I look like such a monster...?

Poem Artwork

Daddy didn’t tell me,

But said it did she,

She doesn’t like me,

Just cause I bark,

Daddy says she’s as well a dog,

Better if she were a bird, maybe a lark…

Her young daughter does all around run,

I just want to join her for the fun,

But just ‘cause I am protecting my home,

While daddy is out and about on his daily roam,

These people don’t want me around, when I am even tied up,

I only come out to play and relax in the sun…

Why do some people not like me,

I am a really friendly guy, home for many a flea I do be,

Just because I do bark, doesn’t mean I am vicious,

Though I have to admit, that little kid that runs around,

Does look quite altogether delicious…J

How can people not like you, Rufuz? I find that to be...shocking!! But you don't have to worry: I LOVE you; you're a sweetie pie! And I love your writings; you are a canine master of the game! BRAVO, four paws up! *ARF*

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :D

Someone does not like YOU???? What's wrong with those people? Hey, we love you and send you lots of belly-rubs! (You can come over and play with us any time, we don't mind if you bark either). A very wise man told me to always trust my dog's instinct when it came to judging people, every time I didn't, I got the bad end of a deal... Oh, uh, kids only look delicious, not worth trying, but they can give out great treats.

Rufuz, two words of advice. One, SPCA if they are still in business. Two, if Ed likes the damn snow so much let him come out and muck around. I don't blame you one bit for being upset. Hang in there.

Thanks,
Dan

LOL! I can see those very thoughts in my dogs eyes each time they watch someone walk by the house...The trials and tribulations of having a teeth, tails ( or nubbly's) and fur. Great laugh!

Sounds like your Dad is being stingy with your food again, Rufie Boy. I keep tellin ya, hide his smoking materials, and he'll get much nicer, and even learn some new tricks.

Rufuz, she don't like you? tell Ed to put the dumb bitch back on her broom and send her to sweep the skies.
Always you will have a place here, no tying ups here, only a lot of space and trees to stop by.

I dunno Rufuz....But I think they are DUMB. Doggies is Man's bestest friend, faithful, caring, sensitive, smart, cuddly, smelly, oooops...
A doggie will never leave your side in a crisis, for e.g. if Daddy needs yah, you would even dial 911 or bark incessantly at the neighbours, NAH anyone that dont like doggies is dumb.

Ed,
You always make me smile with your poems. This reminds me of my dog, Blackie. He barks at EVERYTHING and EVERYONE that invades 'his' turf. Love the pic of Rufus. Who could not like himmmm?

Many blessings,
~Linda

you always express Ed and make fun out of it, tell Ruz to use some barbecue sauce on the kid, and some meat tenderizer, Jeffrey Dominer, the cannibal didn't even cook his victims I don't think, he did them then ate them
