Sort of humor...

Poem Artwork

Is the screen of my laptop too bright

Or do I sit too close as it ruins my sight

Do I get this headache from the screen

Or should I wear sunglasses to darken the sheen…

I seem to tire easily as well

And I cannot figure out how to make it darker

Maybe if I bend down the screen

Or get a tinted cover if I can find who does of them sell…

Could it maybe have been the bright sun on the beach

Though I had not a headache till at the laptop I play

I have eaten enough food for dinner tonight, so its not that

And I took a bike ride around the park for exercise

Maybe all I need is a really good lay…

Sorry 'bout that headache...the hot, glaring sun on the beach could be the culprit, Ed.
Whatever, you always gladden my day; and I DO read all your ups and downs, just not able to always comment.

ED - a really good LAY ?

Of course you meant:
1. a member of a church body, but not Clergy?
2. without expertise or particular training in a field?
3. a short narrative poem that is sung?
4. a medieval lyric or narrative song?
5. past tense of lie - put down or place?

OR - perhaps a Composite of ALL?

an Old Relic who LIES,
with NO training,
and sings Sing-Song LAYS -
OFF-KEY no less,
and who should be PUT DOWN,
in more than two-three WAYS!

HAVE A NICE DAY ... IN YOUR DAZE ... !

I've eliminated some of my junk but I can't get rid of the popping up all over the place. My little arrow can't chase them down. I'm sure there is a science to this thing...I'll get it or another computer. Please don't go blind..Rufuz paws are too large for these keys.

Ed is right. Maybe it's the Lay's potato chip variety.

You should really lay off those Lays Potato Chips after your bike ride, Bro. Have a piece of fruit, instead.

And Scott's comments - Wow!

Lill'brother you duped all those below like shootin'fish in a barrel!
PeeWee and the undersigning will tell you that a good roll on the hay will get your head and the whistle clean of any pain, discomfort, yearning (?), look a Ruffie boy and learn (you don't need shades for that)

Hi Buddy,

I wear sun glasses only because I would otherwise be blinded by my future prospects. Yes, they're too good for me to behold without a facial shield. In fact, my present state-of-being is almost positively overwhelming for my little brain, but I grin and bare it, smirkingly. It's a rough life when you have every single thing that you or I could possibly want--like I do. I keep telling God that I already have too many blessings and I pray that he will give some of them to someone else like you, buddy. Seriously, I've got it all. Would you like a wad of my over-abundant blessings? I would be more than happy to cream all over you with them.

Your creaming friend,

Scott
