Dr. Bonnie Dissected…?

Poem Artwork

Could it be, somebody did Bonnie dissect,

Maybe what’s needed is someone who can detect,

Though Ed cannot as after being hit with a shovel,

His brain has a permanent detecting defect…

There has got to be someone out there,

That would be so nice, kind and fair,

That can help to find ol’ Doc Bonnie,

Somebody that can dig through her garden,

Where the flowers do grow with pomp & flair…

Will she be found,

Or will she stay deceased,

Eaten by maggots, boy will they have a feast,

Who was the rotten no account beast,

That did strike her down in her prime,

If you think you know, pray, tell us the answer,

And do so in rhyme…

I heard it was that legendary ancient fiend,
The Jersey Devil, who roams the eastern shore;
He's devoured countless victims, including cats,
If it was him, alas, Dr. Bonnie will be seen no more.

Enjoyed your disection poem. Next thing you know, they will find poor old Dr. Bonnie inside that new atom smasher and realize that's what caused it to break.

Oh your great Ed, sorry Dr. Bonnie has passed, she really liked you, you know. Do you think she will be found? I hate to think of her out there being eaten by who knows what. Do you know who killed her? Go find her killer Ed, she would leave no stone unturned if it was you lying out there somewhere. She would love this write, Love, Bonnie
