Auntie Eileen is writing me in, so do the right thing, don't commit no sin...

Time is getting closer,

I’ve done all I can do,

Garfield as my running mate,

The rest is up to all of you,

Don’t leave our country in the hands of fate…

How little we honestly know of the other two,

Dark sides they have, even if its only dark blue,

I am open all the time, sure I’m a mixed breed,

But isn’t that guy Obama the same,

Neither of us can say where did come our seed…

Afraid I am of thunder storms,

Those big ocean waves do scare me too,

I don’t particularly like water or baths,

If this is not being enough open,

Well I have to say I’m sorry for you,

Just know I will lead our country,

Safely down the right paths…

"I don’t particularly like water or baths"

Does this mean you're running a Dirty Campaign?? And what type of bones will be in those bowls? The nation needs to know.

I just can't believe you picked a lazy cat fer a running mate.
I will still vote fer ya, cause you'll give the good bones to the poor.

How about a storm cellar for every person, especially those in "The Alley", where shelters are desperately needed (we don't have one!! NOT good!!)?? Or how about priority health care for our VETERANS of ALL wars or service time? Or how about taking care of our elderly, our disabled, and NOT just the kids?? What about immigration?? (Sorry for the questions, but these are issues that are very important to me!!) Excellent write; well done, Rufuz! You've got my vote!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :D
