Its memorial day weekend and there is NO category for grumpy...e

Poem Artwork

Tis seventy six degrees,

Crowds of people in the park,

I hate crowds breathing my air,

One overnight snow will deplete them pair by pair…

I don’t like being friendly,

I don’t like being nice,

I want them all to go home,

They make noise & attract mice…

To think its just the beginning,

Several more months again to winter,

Then is the time I will again be grinning,

Even the cold is better than having brats,

And their bicycle tires on my grass spinning…

I think I agree with every one who wrote a review I think you need to be more friendly and be your self and help other and in return they will help you and then you will find it's not so bad to have alot more friends then you thought you really had. Take care and keep writeing bud

There's no category of grumpiness, if it were you had long ago hold the record for life. Ma was so proud of you...and PeeWee...and Tall Mean Woman...and First Prize Rufuz...and, who the hell cares! ! !
That herb you send was only good for one poem! (send more)

You old Grump; get out there and play with them!

Oops, I see our sister Tiger Lily already said that. (And she's tellin Ma - she's worse than Brother Edvard!) So you better set up a hot dog and lemonade stand for the summer, and offer free refreshments to all those kids. Have free ice cream and a free bike washing service, too!

I can sympathize but I can't say I experience that much up here; I am grateful too. I wish you the best with love and peace, Ed,

Try to be nice and friendly; I know it's hard when you don't feel good or are having a hard time trying to get through the daily experience called life. And know that we would never be mean to you or hurt you in any way! (If anyone bothers you, you can sic Rufuz on 'em or better yet, Karla and I can play drums on their heads--with our cane and crutches! Bong, bong, bong! LOLOLOLOL We may be disabled, but we can defend ourselves if needed! :) )

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :D

Ed,

Tourists. Gotta love 'em. LOL at Gene's comment ... try to be nice, try to enjoy them. Maybe one of these days it will be me and Karen spinning our canes and crutches on your lawn. :D (And running from Rufuz)

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

Hi Ed, I agree with you on this one! The second stanza suits me. And I think there IS a category for grumpy... isn't it "religion"?
