Don't light a match in NJ...

Poem Artwork

Living in NJ is kind of stinky,

Propane, methane, gasoline,

And in some instances Vaseline…

Smoking is not necessary in this state,

As there is enough smoke in the air,

It overhangs all we do, so instead of breathing, we eat,

We all seem to be for the most part overweight…

So as you travel through our little state,

Going through the turnpike or parkways gate,

Don’t light up a bone, or a smoke partake,

For you may find yourself exploding & landing in a different state…

You forgot to mention Matlackane the most noxious and flameable of the "anes". Heard they were running their mechanical sniffer over your abode last week after the neighbors complained. Patrick

Ed,

Been through there, just don't go through Elizabeth! Of course, our friends from NJ probably don't appreciate this humor. But I did.

Quite a statement about NJ, Ed. Are you warning me not to visit there? LOL! Love and peace,
