I have no idea where these come from...

Poem Artwork

How small can I be,

Smaller even than tiny,

Not of my height or weight,

But of my intellect, a dastardly fate…

The smallness of my brain,

Like the tiniest drops of rain,

Snow does also fall in small flakes,

Maybe that’s me as well, just more of a flake…

Is this self-depreciating,

No, nor is it self-devaluing,

Its just so much belittling fiction,

That its all I can do to keep from continuing with more diction…

Our brains were created to hunt and gather. We are good at fighting and running. We are good at thinking about how to get out of a bad situation, not actually getting out of it. In the old days, if we made a bad decision we were dead and so were our kids–no bad brains to pass on to future generations.

Well Homer er ah I mean....Ed, the size of the brain into proportion to mental capacity I hear is really not an issue...but you may want to take the cap off more and let it breathe.

As dear old Ma always says, 'Better to be a Flake, than Half-Baked!'
