I still say they ought to make texting or talking on a cell phone while driving illegal! Personally, I have NO use for a cell phone; I find them highly annoying!

Unless, of course, if the phone slips through the two rubber bands and you reach down for it and swerve into oncoming traffic with a loaded semi looking straight at ya.
