Ed, take it from one who has been through 3 direct hits and the outskirts of Andrew, you need to take this storm seriously. Pack your shit and head inland. NOW!!! ...and even then you may be too late, the roads will be jammed, if they aren't already. On second thought, don't take the time to pack.... it's only stuff,,,, just take that camper and go. I have a feeling by the time it get up there where you are, the thing isn't going to be all that much.
Go to a hotel in Bergen County, get out of there, look up pet friendly hotels, take your puppy, take your pc, and a change of underware....just move yourself out of there!!!!!!
