A NASTY four letter word...

            !!!SNOW!!!

 

Not even out of October,

Snow in the forecast,

Temps kinda cool, burr,

Hopefully it will just pass…

 

Downright cold in the mornings,

But the heater works pretty good,

Still the weather people put up warnings,

That four letter word they do use,

Everyone worries ‘bout the white stuff,

But best that they do so they should…

 

A light dusting wouldn’t be bad,

Just no readings in inches,

Next week back into the low 60’s,

Gonna make a lot of people quite glad…

The weather talkers always make sure they predict the most just in case they fall short, like when I find myself shoveling 8 inches of “partly cloudy,” from my sidewalk. Sure glad I live in Houston for that happens only once a century.

Man oh man ... it's 85 degrees here today and there's a Santa Anna condition. Sneezing and snorting up a storm. Ugh! Here we go again, Christmas is just around the corner ... YIKES! richard
