We don’t get distracted
We just grow up from the ground
With one-pointed concentration
On the sun our focus is bound

The wind does blow around us
Swaying its breeze all over town
Nothing can dissuade us
Our purpose is so steadfast it astounds

We find the light through a tiny crack
Amid concrete we prevail
The sun it beckons and guides us
Plant life passion that never fails
