Karla, this is a good one even if you think your your muse has gone critical. It hasn't. Just look around you everywhere, everything through touch, taste, smell, sight or sound. Inspiration can be found. You haven't flatlines yet.

Ah, goody! Signs of life returning, I see! You had me worried there for a moment, Karla... thought someone was gonna have to go in with the mouth-to-mouth resus, inflating your poetic lungs with a bit of Thesaurus!! :)) But, the old spirit waxes lyrical again, I'm glad to see, and the life-blood of rhyme and reason is flowing again. Get out your old greeting cards and magazines. Pictures, sayings, statements, anything that catches your mind will catch ours. They will literally jump start your heart. It takes time for the mind to visualize rich, mental pictures. Write on, Karla! There is plenty to write about, practical to boot!
