Jerry: just be careful, hear?

Image (c) 2007, Karla Dorman.

Poem Artwork

Jerry:  meet Jerry, a low out
in the Gulf, a disturbance now,
could strengthen.  Not expected
to grow into a tropical
storm, but one never knows:  with all
of the warm water just waiting
to be tapped into, anything's
a possibility.  Tempers
could flare like lightning, or maybe
not.  Who's to say?  Let's just pray that
this Jerry as nice as our own ...
talk about a Bolton twist!  HA!

I hope that all will be well my friend, I would also hope that Jerry might shift a little rain our way...still under severe drought...dry as crackers here, cities are rationing water, people are being jailed if they have leaking pipes or are caught washing their cars or watering lawns...getting scary! Great photo and write, you are quite the photographer as well as poet my friend!
Blessings,
Joyce B.
