Saw this picture ... about died laughing. Couldn't help myself, this poem came to mind. Poor kitty! LOL

Poem Artwork

... and in the news:  same old, same old.
Nothing new to report:  nothing worth
getting my perfectly coiffed self
up in a lather about. If
there was, we'd be on top of it,
hacking the same crap you're used to
hearing:  celebrity gossip!
death!!  political upheaval,
here and abroad!!!  wars and rumors!!!!
If anything changes, we will break
into your dull and boring lives
with updates ... and now we return
you back to the regularly
scheduled program you were watching.

MmmRraaaaurrrr!!! That's a mighty strong gag-reflex he's got-- spewing out news(less) catty remarks. Makes you wonder what he ate last night... don't tell me... Perhaps he got in a cat-fight with his wife, or maybe he grabbed a taco on the way to work this morning-- true story: In Boise, there's a taco joint that's been closed down twice for serving catfood in their burritos... (are you gagging yet?) --Charlie

Karla, I believe the time I hear and see a news-reader on television say 'nothing to report about today' is the day I'll start believing what they say. And the minute they stop selling drugs and therapy on the news, will be the day I start my serious diet.

Peace,
Dan
