Well sometimes our muses have a tendency to want to be stroked which for me might be reading more books or a trip to a library or maybe even a movie or too...but the beauty is no matter how long it may take the words will always return.

We refer to dogs as he and cats as shee, maybe if words aren't coming like capricious feminine aloof cats...you should resort to doggy words, you only need to wistle, you know how to do it? Lauren Bacal told Humphrey Bogart to "pout your lips and...blow"

You are so right, Karla, the words come when they are ready and no amount of coaxing will bring them to you any sooner. It is easier to get the attention of a cat, roasted chicken or tuna will usually flush them out...a little trick I learned from having men in my life...LOL!

Loved this write my friend, and the picture is just too cute! I too love dogs...my newfound friend and puppy is doing very well, I've almost got him house trained, I keep thinking that I do and then I find a little gift somewhere in the house every couple of days. But, he is great company and a great foot warmer. Enjoyed the write!
