Poem Artwork

Feet went out from under again --
down I went, on the left knee this

from the last before adding to the
seasonal collection of aching
muscles and bruised joints -- as if
Fibromyalgia isn't enough.  They

I'm so sorry, Karla. Sometimes it seems we have all we can handle and then something else comes along to prove us wrong and that is where our strength and faith come into play. I hope it is better for you today and every day. Many hugs, Elizabeth

so sorry, Karla. I commiserate, being very tentative about slipping and falling for similar reasons, though mine are not acute like your fibromyalgia. Mind you, if it's a chance to rest up with such a BEAUTIFUL lap-warmer purring you back to health and contentment, then guess that is some kinda recompense! xx

Oh Karla, not again! Another boo-boo is not what you need. I think it takes a great poet to be physically hurt and write an entertaining verse about it. And that picture - I want that cat! It's so beautiful.

I will have to pray to God to give you new feet...or a better sense of balance! LOL Sorry for your aches and pains (not to mention, bruised knees); I pray and hope you feel better soon~ You are ever in my prayers! Delightful write and piccy; good to know that you can laugh at your own mishaps! It shows how strong of a person you really are! Well done!

Take care, Sweet Karla,
but while a fall is serious I have to smile at the gloss you put on it and your ability to shrug it off, so admirable and strong in spirit.
