It will make you wish you had
drunk a Hurricane, instead. =]

Take two parts sky, fold.
Spray the pan liberally with CAPE.
Add wind shear.
Remove the CAP at the triple point
of warm front/cold front/dryline.
One drop of instability to make things pop.
Add cauliflower towers of convection.
Boil until the SPC issues a tornado watch,
pour into heated drinking glasses.
Garnish with chaser convergences.
Observe the stillness of the air around you.
Drink, until you howl. =]

sounds like the perfect mix for tornado alley. very clever...love the metaphors and such. my friend in texas just sent me vid of a twister touching down a few weeks ago. i used to mix a drink back in the 90's called a "Blast Away." very popular in london and a guaranteed black-out!!
Sounds like a "drink" I'd like to try though, BUT not at my home! Weather's dangerous brews are always more fun when your own property is not in the way. A very clever and loaded "weather-phile" verse for us NOAA listeners...

Got rain? Having tried a sip of Appalachian tonic water that burned my butt and dried me out like desert had no amount of the hair of the dog could water, I'd say that's some brew.
While we had brewing in the Gulf plum left us high and dry and soak you guys up there near where the Fort is Worth
Me thinks I'll stay away from that stuff: I already have enough trouble walking while SOBER!! LOL Still, all in all, a fun write; enjoyed~ Love the piccy! Mmm, that brew sure looks mighty tasty! (NOT! LOL Tors in it! Is that what they mean by "mixed drink"?? LOL) Well done!
