EVERYDAY BEAUTY (5-7-5)

Symphonies of birds
in orchestra with sun rays
awakens new day.

Soothing summer breeze
blow of Mother Nature's breath
gently caressing.

Melancholy skies
skilled at hiding mournful eyes
cry tears of April.

Jade leaves undressing
baring warm earth colorings
of Autumn's garments.

ever: the Lord shall rejoice in His works."

I never did get the knack of writing haikus, so congrats! I like the April grouping best-- fitting for my mood, but more than that, I love the idea of the sky being moody--pouty, and perhaps wiser than we. --Charlie
