The power of the waves as they come
crashing to shore ~
Leaves me breathless and waiting
for just one more.
Come to me....engulf me....wash
away my doubts and fears~
Wash away the nightmares of my
life..wash away the tears.
Let me escape from reality , if for
only a little while~
Escape from the pain....let me
borrow a smile
How magnificent you are in the power
that you show~
Waves climbing higher beneath the
suns bright glow.
Wrap around me..let me escape
from this hell~
That holds me bondage ~ though
I hide it so well.
Let me escape through the coolness
of your touch~
The calling of the ocean waves that
I have missed so much.......

Yes dearest you do hide it so well, but the
bondage is so tight that the waves are only
a mometary respite. You succeed in spite
of your surroundings, and the ocean has to
have only increased your inner lonliness
surrounded by those close and also on the
internet who put their hands out to hold
you back and repress you. You carry it all
so well, and maybe soon ... when the world
knows your greatness as a poet... It will
all pass away from you and disappear into
the ether like a bad dream; releasing you
to feel the glorius touch of a tender hand.
