If God will send His angels To our ravaged land Wipe off the blood and teardrops Proudly let it stand. If God will send His angels To a sick, dying child Hold his hand in silence and Prayer for awhile. If God will send His angels To the homeless and alone Give them comfort and solace Intill there tears are gone. If God will send His angels To that precious teenage girl Pregnant and frightened Left alone in the world. If God will send His angels To wrap their arms around That man trying to take his life Dealth does not make a sound. If God will send his angels To that soul being abused Who are unable to speak Out ..name the accused. If God will send His angels Show each man their worth Shine their LOVE and Kindness And Peace on this Earth.. If God will send His angels Their mercy will abound There are angels everywhere Take a look around.... � Linda Hill 2002
