That's what Hitler called the chaotic behavior in the 1930's Reichstag before his party gained control, appointed Nazi court justices and gave him total control of the German government.
I know it's unpopular to mention history. After all, understanding and correcting past political blunders and tragedies might pull the covers that hide present pitfalls in a deliberate return trip down a well-worn road.
The pendulum of dialectical materialism is shifting to new agit-prop positions astride both sides of the clash of political/religious positions/ideologies. In the 1930's the power elites anchored themselves firmly on both sides of the fascist/communist conflict so that whichever side won the war, they were established with the victors.
Then it was the Elitists scapegoating Bolsevics and Jews. Today it is the Elitiests scapegoating Republicans and Christians.
The power balance between totalitarianism or democracy is no longer an issue. Today the Elitists stand on both sides of the ancient issue of slavery or freedom!
In past history Hitler pointed out that, if you want to destroy any parliament, demand that they do something. They will then destroy themselves by establishing committies, holding hearings and conducting debates until it is too late to avert takeover by a dictator!
It worked in pre-World War Two Germany. Is it working in World War Four?
