Blogs by Robert H Drews Words 7/10/2021 12:27:21 PMFinding the right word Without question, reading a lot helps your writing a lot, in structuring sentences and in finding the right word or expression (as Mark Twain said "The difference between the right word and the almost right word is the difference between lightning and a lightning bug"). This morning after reading my daily devotion, thanks to Ecclesiastes I was able to write in my latest ongoing novel "Two's company, a threefold cord is not easily broken," which sounds a lot better than my original sentence "Two's company, three's reinforcements."
