When the challenge ahead seems overwhelming, remember one step at a time. It is important for me to remember progress happens one day at a time. I see the big picture and all that needs to get accomplished.
The support of the team and friends reminds me I am only human. My responsibility to me is to appreciate the daily accomplishments and progress even if I don't achieve everything on my "to do list".
Delegating is also important. Each team member needs to take ownership of the tasks at hand in order to take ownership of the organization. Participatory management only strengthens the team, in turn the organization, "One day at a time".
This past Saturday's Open House was a success that we can build upon. It generated enthusiasm for the staff, participants and stakeholders.
My daily mantra is "One day at a time".
I appreciate the Blessing of this achievement and how it brought the team closer together. I appreciate my team from my previous job coming and showing love and support.
Thank you. On to the next challenge, one day at a time.
