Progress brings more responsibility. I am so amazed at how getting out of my own way, and letting the process unfold created a new opportunity for me within my current organization.
The challenge is a big one. Yet I know working together as a team we can create innovative solutions and have a good time along the way. I have to remain focused on the goal and not the obstacles along the way. Problems are made to be solved. Solving them as a team brings us closer together and creates miracles.
So often in this society we are told to force a situation. Letting the process unfold is amazing for all involved. I pray to be able to inspire my team to overcome the obstacles, raise the funds and have our organization become invaluable to the people of the DMV area and beyond.
This is the Yes We Can time.
I have 2 organizations that have the same challenges. They offer different services. How can we work together for mutual benefit?
