Time to ask more questions in order to find the answers. Leadership is required to stimulate discussion and information to utilize to move forward. Perceived disobedience being the decisive factor in making decisions is an emotional intelligence test.
Leadership is being tested with new dynamics that some old patterns are detrimental to the community at large.
The demands of leadership through these changing times require an elevation of Emotional Intelligence in the community at large, local leaders, political leadership, educational leadership, law enforcement leadership, religious leadership,
There are valuable lessons the ancestors left us to learn from to help us navigate these changing times.
We need leadership on all levels in our families, our schools, our organizations, our institutions and our community to have a vision of prosperity that is expansive that guides their decision making.
1. What is required of leadership during these changing times?
2. What should be the guiding factors and issues in the community?
3. What are the responsibilities of the people in the community?
4. How should we train and raise our children to enable them to navigate through the changing times?
5. In these new and uncertain times, what are we going to do new? New thought? New vision? New way of communicating? New opportunities? Innovation? Courage?
6. What are you going to do different in 2011?
