Challenges are Blessings. Blessings are responsibilities. Challenges are only resolved by creating solutions out of the box. I appreciate the well wishes and support I have received. Now, the real work begins to save an arts institution. To make that happen it will take broad based support and efforts. One of my weaknesses has been being comfortable asking for help. This challenge will break that bad habit.
I also sit on the board of an organization facing similar fiscal challenges. In addition to the organizational issues, there are the human issues. The two are really not separate. Along the way need maintain my personal balance, take care of myself, family and friends. I can’t be all work and no play.
My approach at least the past few days has not been to waste time but to get to the bottom of a matter. To work through the challenges takes mental, physical and spiritual energy. This is another test to my belief in abundance and prosperity. The tool to make it happen is communication, effective communication, and honest communication, clear and concise communication. This tests all I have learned and experienced. Big rewards, big challenges and big risks with clear focus on the successful outcome.
The universe is abundant and prosperous. The solution exists. I just have to take off the blinders of fear, frustration and limitations. Moving forward, reaching out for help and focused on making it happen. How do we make it happen? Clear vision, purposeful action, laser focus and knowing we will succeed. The only way is to claim the success and work toward it. See the solution as resolved, see the finances prosperous, and see the organization growing on a sustainable path. We can make this happen.
