Hacker... A Hero or A Criminal?

Computer hacker who hacked Paypal is hugged & hired by US government.
Has your computer ever been hacked or filled with virus's?
Did it cost you time, money and frustration to remove the cause? Have you heard of any hackers going to jail?

A recent article in the Boston Globe told of a hacker who hacked into Paypal getting hugs from a government agency when he helped solve their complex hacking problem.

This busy generation of hackers may not consider themselves criminals in the sense of that word. I'm sure they are truly Geeks, Nerds or techies that seek a cyberspace challenge. They are good at what they do and many can scheme a way to override any of our built in computer security systems. It's an ego trip for them. They have more difficulty hacking into business computers where companies pay thousands more than we do for a more sophisticated security system. Our home computer built in security systems
can not keep up with the hackers day to day methodology and expertise.

This cyberspace hacking war is getting worse. Does our law enforcement agencies have the will and capability to track down and prosecute the hackers... or will they just hug and hire them?

This costly invasion of home computers by hackers must be stopped.
