Another Friday has come and will soon be gone; it is time for the monkey to dance once again!
Turn Back the Clock to a Midnight Knock
Beasts are rutting the nutters are nutting And all is OK in the USA The beasts are not invited to the feasts But we would never fit in anyway
Seems the gloom and doomers are late bloomers But they have broken out the sunshine now Guess they read the polls and heard the rumors About their fearless leader / sacred cow
A short attention-span for common pain And bitterness is too hot for TV So we love one another once again The USA must U-N-I-T-E
Just do it their way or hit the highway We did that but I wonder if they know Upbeat and sunny heartwarming funny The main thing is to get on with the show
Does anything still matter? I guess so Uplifting money gutwrenching honey The natter and the patter do-si-do Pledge allegiance now and have a good time
You dance a jig while I make up a rhyme And we will leave them laughing when we go

Reviews of "Turn Back the Clock to a Midnight Knock"
The Wholly Book of Genesis is a humorous satire on the first book of the Old Testament where the Story of Creation, the building of Noah's Ark, Sodom and Gomorrah and the families of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob are thoroughly spoofed and broadsided.
