She blossomed
On a bright sunny day
Bright orange, like a setting sun
Almost iridescent in hues
Unseen before
At least not by me
She captivated me
Like a heavenly Goddess
Proud I was To assist
In her creation
For it was my hands
That wed the dirt
Within her flower pot
She made the loveliness
Of this morning
An unforgettable one.

I ran
No I dashed, to return
With a camera
I had to record
Her short lived magnificence
Making her eternal
This beautiful creation
Only survives a short span
Yet she has stolen my heart
Made it skip a beat
As if I had fallen in love
She is an excitement
Unfolding before me.

I woke up late
Missing her being blest
By the morning's crystal
Diamond dew drops
So I lowered myself
To a paparazzi level
And distorted the truth
Of Nature
Just to make her eternal
Within a photograph.

I treated her
Like a super model
Dressed her for the occasion
Sprinkling fresh water
To represent
The morning Dew
This crime I"ve committed
All because, "I Love You."
