This beautiful little bird keeps coming back to my windowsill, And sings his song so handsomely... as he speaks to the whipppoorwill. And through the haze of sunshine, through the city sounds that clog the day, Still this little creature chooses to send his lovely song my way. He sat upon my balcony and sang the whole day long, serenading me with his joyous tune... Lending me his song. It made my heart feel light inside, and kind of joyous too; Made me want to share this little miracle with everyone I knew.
