Iraqi police officers monthly pay,
less than some of us make in a day.
This should be of no big concern,
considering what most of us earn.
There was talks about desertions,
can't much blame these exertions.
Hardly enough to risk your life,
must less suffering the strife.

Saddam the big rat,
found in a hole 750 thousand fat.
No where to run,
no where to hide,
with a pistol on his side.
The coward couldn't off himself,
doctors found him still in good health.
His sons shot it out,
died for what they were about.
The coward father,
did not bother.

Just an interesting story,
hardly one of glory,
more piteful than sorry.
One that ended an evil regime,
cancelled out a mean dictators crime.

From the hole,

The rat stated,
"I'm the Iraqi president."

The U.S. soldiers said,

his regards."
