Fish get a kick,
splash in water,
watching nature flicks.
Bows and arrows,
guns, fishing poles, sticks—
they learn human tricks.
Sometimes the flick’s gory, graphic.
Hung out my pole,
fishin’ for jelly.
Hearing their buzz,
laid on my belly …
(shared with them my telly)—
watched American Geographic.
Want it tasty …
rather hasty …
thick, seedless jelly.
A dab won’t do—
jarring fruit … silly;
jellyfish willies—
their sting is far from sympathetic.

fishin’ for jelly.

It’s very clear
they want on T.V.
so people can see
we’ve become close—

They touched me—lips, breasts
swelled. Now I’m stopping traffic!
