Ever wonder where your name came from?
*********************

Lonely, to commiserate,
wandered, guess where he ate,
what he piled on his plate?
What an ornery date!
On schedule, never late,
he’d drool, salivate,
when friends refilled his plate …
Taco Bill.

Big teeth, no looker,
not fond of hamburgers,
Bill earned football letters.
But for get togethers,
it’s THIS place, no other—
where Pa met his mother …
Ima Belle.

Between fists of Cheetos,
Ima held bean burritos
which (as ev’ryone knows)
causes gas to go. (Goes.)
Ma ran runs in her hose;
Pa, hit, twice broke his nose …
Bronco Bill.

Tears, Bill had to blotta,
when one from Ramada
ate tacos … a lotta.
Her name was Carlotta.
They soon heard cries, “Mama.”
Nicknamed babe Tostada …
Taca Belle.

It’s a family place …
Taco Bill, Taca race
both with beans in their face!
