In skits, I'd often play a child--both boy and girl. This was one of my characters :)!
Oh, no!
I have been naughty,
look what I've done!
I broke a window just having fun . . .
fetching my ball, broke another one.
Oh, no!
Sissy's furious.
What have I done?
Put eggs in her shoes, gum in her hair,
then hid a little mouse 'neath her chair.
Oh, no!
Dad is so grumpy
(know what I did)?
Flattened his tires, left tools in the rain;
my skates on the steps gave Dad a sprain.
Oh, no!
Mom has stopped cooking.
What did I do?
Switched sugar and salt, brought bugs inside,
split my best pants going down the side.
Oh, no!
Christmas at last--
nothing for me--
not even a nasty lump of coal!
Maybe next year? To be good's my goal!
No more . . .
oh, no's!
awright sandra...time out! you sure were a bad un, weren't you? HA...love this! great write...i remember all of my badgirl moments *cringe* well done! (((HUGS))) and love, karla. :)
