Hot Toddy… Today that sounds about right, But knowing me it would make me use the potty, Served hot with spices and liquor, Guess off the wagon I would have to take fight… The kind of day, today, here in the rain state, No longer called the Garden state is NJ, More rain, wind, snow, and cold, Than Alaska or the Artic circle gets, It is really already getting old… Though here I am stuck, Ain’t I just got all the luck? Perhaps that hot toddy would do, To keep me warm from the inside out, At least for a little while, yes more than a few… © ed ~ 10/19/04

i don't need a hot toddy, it's over 90 degrees out there LOL GO FIGURE--they predict a cold, wet winter two weeks ago and we haven't seen a cold day since LOL

enjoyed--but don't toddy too much or you might toddle and fall over LOL

EDDDDDDD!!! I'm back!!! Not sure if that's good or bad for you, but rest assured, I will get caught up with all your writes!

Now, I know in NJ you could do with a nice stiff toddy, but we here in the Sunshine (no scratch that...now the Plywood) State of Florida could use a nice Long Island Iced Tea!!!

Fall is upon us, in varying degrees once again.

Nice, contemplative and humorous write my friend! Missed you!

I was hoping to find a recipe a few days ago as a bad cold was coming to an end. Hot toddies are the best for chasing those nasty germs away. Fortuntly in my case, they went away anyways :-) Still can't figure out how I got sick in the first place, My body knows better LOL.

i have been dry alot of years but winter makes me wish hot toddies weren't alcoholic. (is that spelled right?)
