Work Early…

Going to work early,

Doesn’t make me surly,

Think of the extra bucks,

But Rufuz does think it sucks…

Turned to be a long day,

Tired though I was,

Even coffee, and a beautiful day,

Did little to make me happy or allay,

Needing I did more sleep, so tired was I, just wanted to lay…

Upon arriving home, I did go to bed, post haste,

Had to eat first of course, so I did add to my waist,

Usually does take a few days to counteract the effects,

Of a bad nights sleep so by Thursday I should be better,

Just in time for that day off, a holiday, sleeping late, my sleep can be replaced…
