American Cheese

...yummy snack...is where its at...

American Cheese…

I could eat it till it falls from my knees,

Till it did come out at the same time I take a pee,

Or till it did fall out of my ears or overflow from my nose,

I could eat American cheese forever and always, god only knows…

When one does buy cheese in other countries,

Do they call it American or do they call it their country name,

Like if I were to buy cheese in England, would they call it British cheese…?

I wonder if it would be different if it came from the milk of a mad cow,

Would cheese then be considered to be angry chow?

Or if it did come from China, would we then call it cheese of the tao?

As long as it does not come from a cat,

Don’t want myself to start to in any way, meow…

So the question has been put to you,

Oh learned poets & intellectual philosophers,

What does American cheese get called outside the United States?

And would it be different if it were to come from a mad cow?

Please impart this knowledge, or I will find myself in dire straights…

Ahem, my dear, misguided pal, as one from the DAIRY STATE, what you speak of is an orange, flimsy piece of plastic! ICK... shall I send you some good cheddar? How 'bout a lovely block of Muenster? Brick? Can't you hear your poor taste buds whining? Sigh... must I educate the entire world?! Hmmmmmmm? (grin) La de da... katy xox.

Here we just call it cheese :-) From cows, goats and recently I heard badgers? think someone is trying to pull my leg LOL. The cheese in the United States has a stronger taste to it that I fully enjoy. Here it often seems lacking of flavor. But we do have excellent beef :-)

Englands cheese - Brittle cheese

Amercan cheese - chow-da-cheese

African cheese - Amazi

All made from powdermilk..because its so dry here if you milk the cow to fast it becomes sour!!

Knowing heat and milk does not go well together....right!!

Love Tinka
