Balls…
Football, soccer, baseball & basketball,
Kicking, throwing, head butting them all,
Tennis balls have a little hair,
If soccer balls did grow it, more than I would be scared…
Playing with balls is a fun past time,
Dogs love to chase them; kitties love them with catnip,
Some do hang them on their cars rearview mirror,
Making things in back so much more clearer…
Personally I do love the balls I do with play,
As a poor child I at least had two I must say,
No toys did I need, nor do I anymore today,
Dad used to say I would grow hair on my palms,
Little did I know he was right,
The hair now turning in my old age to grey…
