Blankety blank...

Poem Artwork

I look at the screen & see a blank wall,

I look for a writing idea and see an empty stall,

Just wishing for something to scrawl,

Sometimes of my brain I do be appalled…

No idea what to scribble,

Don’t want to make just drivel,

Want to make for you something to enjoy,

At the moment of my writing ability I am annoyed…

Setting in is much confusion,

Should I write of delusion,

Or chalk it up to my seclusion,

Better yet right here I should end in conclusion…

I guess we're all imaginatively naked at times. Pray for a shower of inspiration, Ed, and wait. No doubt when it comes it will pour.

Honey, don't worry. The words will come, and I look forward to their return. You and I kind of on the same page--mine were slow, but now, they're soaring. :)

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

It is truly one of the mysteries of writing and creating Ed.

There is so much around us, and it seems, at times, that very little comes in our direction. You paint here the battles that all of us face as we continue pushing ourselves to create and move forward.

Well done ...
Did Rufus help with this one? (-:

Oh, when words do tangle in our minds! You DO pen the perplexity we all experience from time to time...with amusement!

You took a screen and developed a pin that get's my attention. Artistic

Confusion, delusion, and seclusion are all marvelous writing topics, and you've just penned them on this page.
