Poem Artwork

No longer is he here a poet,

As if we all did not to a point know it,

No longer do we have to put up with his sh**.

Finally gone is he, but a memory no longer legit…

He made quite a few people irate,

Knew he would leave, just had to it await,

Of our precious Authors Den he did desecrate,

Wherever he does go, I hope he gets help with his negative psychological state…

Anyone who hides behind a name for anonymity is a fool with shame. I think we all need to feel pity for a person with no talent who begrudges those who do.
Carry on as Mr. Yale slinks away. He has no backbone. I'm sorry it took this long for me to catch up.
We bards don't cotton to anonymous barbs!

love,
Susan

There were a few "pigs" here when I first signed on (I noticed) but I thought of them more as pernicious "garden pests" that needed a good application of chemicals. Sadly, I anwered one, and may "live;" to regret it! Still I'm just wondering exactly which pig you've symbolically roasted here (as I'm new to this enviornment)? I'm guessing "w"?

Hi Ed! You had a pig roast and didn't invite me? I make mean potato salad and cole slaw and a sour cream chocolate cake to die for. I guess my invite just got lost in the mail.
Wonderful Write!

Really Kool Write Ed
Before him I saw a few cocky Self centered fools
Crashing into The Den, As if they were the best they ever knew
Legends within their own minds, complimenting and patting themselves,
On the back, cause no one else did.
I had a head on with one, even forgot her name
which was of no consequences to me.
I am still here.
Peace Brother....Cheer up!

SOme people just have no feelings Ed....they think they are cute when hurting others...but I guess we have to pray for his soul...like Andy said....somewhere in life something went badly wrong for him!!

A pig will remain a pig...ands a swine...needs to be BURNED on a BBQ fire.....tasteless it will forever be!!

Okay, I have not been here much lately, what is going on? Whose the pig and what flavor bbq sauce did you use? I like sweetbaby Ray's myself. LOL! LOVED THIS. (But have no clue who you are talking about)

No, the pig just keeps changing his name
and continues to flame.
when will this stoppppppp?

Sad, when people have to resort to cruelty because they're jealous.

Keep writing, Ed, I'll keep reading.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

I think he was jealous of people who can write; poor pathetic soul was he! At leastt he is out of our hair; now we can get back to the business of writing! Poor soul got what he deserved for running people's works down. Shame some folks have to stoop so low for attention...

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :)

Now save me a piece of rib, okay?? *grins*

i think he had a good strategy there... if his work had have been better it would have been a cunning plot for making the world read his work hahah!

though i think he posted one thing and got 32+ comments... ive never managed to get that many...

but yes.
such behaviours are not conducive to growing each other in writing.

Great job on this humourous write. Perhaps if this person had some humor and love, he would not be so quick to be a legend in his own mind.

P.S. He is under the guise of one of Gods most beautiful creatures.

Dear Ed, you said it all, he was bruising for a fall, I had my first pow wow with that poor old sau, before I knew his credentials I was throwing pearls of wisdom before the swine, which he would readily decline, being who he or she was or is. Maybe you know of a couple of witch doctors that could help the poor soul! thanks for the write! Bless! Jasmin Horst
