It is said that dogs & their owners,
Resemble one another over time,
Well I never thought it true ,
Till this heat wave did strike,
Rufuz hates the heat as much as me,
If either of us needed blood,
Both of us for the other could be donors…J
Inside he would rather be,
With the conditioned air on high,
Drinking lots of fluids just like his dad,
Though his hair is quite a bit longer than mine…J
Not in everything are we alike,
For exercise he chases squirrels,
Me, I prefer to ride my bike…J
