I must admit,

Though I will likely get dead,

That Doc Bonnies description,

Of the Bald, bald ol’ coot,

Is very good & quite apt,

And I know & realize once he does this read,

He will have for me a definitive conniption…

 

Sorry am I though,

The other two Ed’s are not ol’ coots, no,

Now while the one in the Midwest does,

Seem old by comparison to the east coast coot,

Maybe though I should remain about this subject moot…

Ol' Coots ... sort of has a ring to it, sort of rascally and neat. Pity those poor young whipper-snappers :-)

Oh your something this is so funny. How do you know you're that old coot? Was it you on that bank by the stream? Read my next episode in this saga to find out my friend.
