Remember today to tell Sage Sweetwater Happy Birthday...e

Poem Artwork

They say when a ghost is near,

There is a cold spot, and it is right here,

Next to me where I sit to type,

Damn but my bare legs are cold and ripe…

Maybe its my dad,

He was a writer too,

He did tend to lean towards the dark,

Me I just tend to enjoy writing of the farce,

That is most certainly me, insanity raving stark…

Geez, I write weird at times,

Reversing words, if spoken at least they’re rhymes,

And with regards that proposed ghost,

Well maybe in reality it is because I have no insulation,

My floor does permit the cold to seep through,

That seems more logical, than a ghostly manifestation…

                        …BOO…

A "musing" write would a ghost writer have a spirit muse?

What an imaginative write from that beautiful head of yours. Ghost or not, this was great. Love, Bonnie

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
