Poem Artwork

Was hell to clean up,

After Pepsi bottle did, by itself blow,

Opened up the fridge & out it came flowing,

The cap from this bottle did out of the fridge burst,

Nailed me, my clothes soaking, had to take a shower,

That was definitely the worst…;-)

All over the floor,

Everything saturated on the door,

Even Rufuz got shot, he looked mighty poor,

Fortunately I bought of them bottles, five for four…

Twas like a volcano, only sideways,

Never saw it happen in all my days,

And hope I again never see it blow,

You’d have enjoyed it, it was a really big show…

Maybe the bottle of soda was frozen when you brough it in from the cold and you didn't notice it and it expanded.

Once, I had a plastic with four big bottles of Coca Cola in a bag tucked on the back seat floor recess behing the driver's seat when one of the damn botles went BANG ! ! ! like a pistol shot right behing my righ ear that nearly make my heart to stop (after a few years of combat you become a little shy of sudden loud noises) and then and there I decided that Coke wasn't my thing, I switched to Coors and never had a peep from any of its bottles.

Georg

PS. I know someone gonna be mighty glad hearing about your bath, and that ain't Rufuz!

Oh, ICK!! BUSTED soda pop! EWWWW!! You got to watch out for those renegade soda pop bottles! LOL You never know when they are going to blow their tops! LOL Sorry 'bout that; that happened to us once: we'd put some soda pop in the breezeway, where it was cold; it dipped to near zero out that night, and that morning: BOOOOOM!! Soda pop allll OVER the where! What a mess! LOL Well done; just clean yourself up, and the dog, and you can sit back and laugh because you SURVIVED. LOL Funny write!

(((HUGS))) and much love, your friend in Tx., Karen Lynn. :D

Dang...gotta hate it when that happens, eh? What a mess to clean up. Always nice to check in here when I'm able.

Did it get shaken while being stored? Or was it put in the freezer and forgotten? That would be the only two explanations - wish I'd been a fly on the wall, to see that. BOOM! Glad you're okay, a bit sticky, maybe, but alive to write a survival tale. :)

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
