So glad Rene now takes better care of her and you let her do it. Always we need others for helping us. I know I need to lay off sweets and pasta as my blood sugar was up and I am not diabetic.

We pray as we breathe, EdBear, and happily we are all puffing away on your behalf and empathising with all those baby steps you are making... Patience is hard to learn at any age, yet the satisfaction of gaining strength, and the release of the old "feel-good factor" when you realise you've just lapped your motorhome in 0.65 of a second faster time than the lap before keeps both mind and spirit humming! :)) I'm still halfway through putting together a CD of terrible jokes and poetry recitals for you... I keep having to update my messages on there, too, as you progress... so, by the time you get it at Christmas you will be training for the New York marathon... and at the very least, heading for the hills at superquick speed rather than listen to yet another prissy Kate B rendition of some totally unsavoury joke! :)) AND I've got your phone number by me, so beware lest I make a spot-check call on you sometime soon to make sure you've not got your head stuck in the honeypot again...!! Rene is a total wonder and if her aunt and business could run on prayer-power alone, both would soon be doing very well on Wall Street... Dearest Ed, There's not a lot more I can add that hasn't already been said to you, and I most certainly Am in full agreeance with the power of prayer and of Divine intervention on your behalf. I feel it is No small miracle that you are with us today. The Lord obviously has need for you to be around for a while yet mate...
I just want to share this with you. You would know how nasty and/or potentially deadly Swine Flu is to those who are immune suppressed. Respiratory, etc. Well, My Son who is on antirejection meds for his Kidney transppant tested positive for the hn51 strain, but we didn't know till he was through the worst of it!!! His little Bro..who is Type 1 diabetic also tested positive, was very sick for 2 days but needed no hospital intervention..I hit the deck quite hard with the virus as did both my girls...and the crazy scot, well he's still fine amid all the contagious germs. Now, you tell me? The hand of the Father over all of us? I believe so with all my heart. I had been fearful of my family being exposed since the outbreaks here started, but they got it anyway and I've no idea where from..Still the Lord loves us, and protected us from the enemies snares, again!!

He loves you Ed, and will not forsake you..let his strength flow into your veins, and look forward to your recovery more and more..
