Crack of Dawn...

Poem Artwork

Arising at the crack of dawn,

Looking to get some,

Thinking how fun my youth was,

Fantasizing just doesn’t cut it,

The best I get now is an occasional yawn…

With so many pills,

A sex drive it just does kill,

At others I look but mostly I just about mill,

Seems to me that in my youth I had all my fill…

So I guess the closest I’ve of late come,

Is never any more to get me some,

Smile if last night you got to experience aplomb,

For the closest I get anymore,

Is the crack of dawn…

Ho, Ho, Ho! There you go again! You haven't seen anything at the Crack of Dawn since you were a kid!

PS: Since Mean Tall Woman frequently makes me sleep in the Dog House, I often awaken to the Crack of Dog Butts near my head.

Love is a Pretty Girl with a Cape to Share Your Dreams With by Bob Boze

A humorous look at the world and life through my eyes. Follow the author and his wife, as they travel the world …. several times over. Laugh at their funny stories, self-inflicted crazy events, strange observations, wacky zoo facts and snippets
