When the gastropareses starts up it takes three or more days before I can eat and feel okay to do so...

Poem Artwork

For dinner,

Won’t make me thinner,

But damn it was good,

Fills me up the way it should…

My wonderful diabetic stomach,

Doesn’t allow itself to get emptied,

Sometimes I rarely eat anything,

For fear I am going to get sick,

Having diabetes sucks monkey d**k…

Not much of a poem I realize,

Just passing the time and trying to rhyme,

I understand if you don’t want to this review,

But ya gotta understand, that while I still have internet,

Its something I just gotta every so often do…

eAT WHAT YOU CAN WHEN YOU CAN, but small bites, and slowly....Take your time, don't gulp your food. And maybe some gingerale with it might help too, and take a tum afterwards, might help i know i have to take tums after certain foods i eat. We're such old people, and are wearing out l.lol.

I don't want to review this, but I would like a piece of that lasagna so that I can get sick too.

Takes work to control the big D...I know from first hand experience. I take insulin twice a day plus D medicine. Anytime you want to talk, just let me know.
Cheers,
Dan
