105 on Thursday...

Poem Artwork

The sun, SHINING,

The clouds, NON-EXISTANT,

The sky, BRIGHT BLUE,

The rain, FAR IN THE FUTURE…

The heat, SCORCHING,

THE temp, TOMORROW -105-

The Outlook, MORE OF THE SAME,

Even the ocean following the weather main,

75 degrees in the sea,

Mother Nature, of man, is really torching…

Electric usage doubled & more,

Electric company won’t this summer be poor,

Air conditioners in every window,

Can’t take off anything more to keep cool,

Unless I become a voyeur…J

Gotta budget about $4500 per year to stay cool in Fla.
One day without a/c is one day too much.

Having lived “up nort” I know that if you don't have A/C when the dog days of summer arrive, it can be a bitch to sleep in your sweat at night.

As for the last line… I say, “Good!” Sure as hell wouldn't want you to be an exhibitionist! Would probably tear the damn sun apart! You already broke all the surveillance cameras when they saw you, neked, in your abode.

I thought you were a Voyeur all year long??!!

And please don't wander around naked again or dear old Ma will be getting those nasty calls from your neighbors again.

A humorous look at the world and life through my eyes. Follow the author and his wife, as they travel the world …. several times over. Laugh at their funny stories, self-inflicted crazy events, strange observations, wacky zoo facts and snippets
